Reminder – Caregiver Support Group Today!
La Jolla Community Center is launching a monthly support group for family caregivers. The first caregiver support group is today at 1 pm. The goal of the group will be to provide a setting where caregivers can share resources, discuss challenges and receive education from invited speakers on a variety of topics. The group will be facilitated by Sue Erskine, MS, CSA, who is a Certified Senior Advisor and co-owner of Seniors Helping Seniors , San Diego and Orange County.
